Rachel Polski is the founder of Minnesota Medical Billing. Rachel has over 10 years of extensive medical office, medical billing, credentialing, and accounts payable experience. She routinely bills over $12 million dollars annually for her clients. She effectively manages medical accounts receivable using several different practice billing systems. Currently the MMB staff consists of Rachel, her husband Dan, Nellie, a full-time billing and credentialing specialist and Mary our part-time billing specialist.
Rachel and her husband Dan were born and raised in Minnesota with the strong work ethic and integrity that Minnesotans are known for. They both enjoy running, having run the Boston Marathon three times, not to mention they have completed many ultramarathons! From distances of 50 to 100 miles at one time, including the Leadville 100. They also enjoy cooking and spending time in the Colorado outdoors exploring everything the mountains have to offer.
Rachel and her staff understand the billing process from accurate submission of electronic and manuals claims, follow up and resubmission of rejected claims, interpretation and recording of insurance Explanations of Benefits (EOB’s), addressing patient questions, assisting in client collections, and utilizing reporting tools available.
